Venatrix FP-6370 is most similar to V. furcillata based on the distinct submarginal light band on the carapace. Females differ in the shape of the epigyne, specifically the posterior transverse part is wider than the median transverse part, but not so in V. furcillata in which they are of the same width. A male diagnosis will be added when images of the male areadded to the Fauna Portal.
