This species is only represented by a small male with dwarf-hood shaped abdomen. The female is currently unknown. The abdomen shape is similar to that of Hortophora cucullus, but Genus 2199 FP-10914 is much smaller and has a genital morphology that is vastly different to that in the genus Hortophora.
