Neoscona
Males of Neoscona have two macrosetae on the pedipalp patella. In addition, the cymbium is comparatively broad and the pedipalp bulb compact. The female epigyne is a simple lip, often basally protruding from the abdomen. Species generally have a distinct folium pattern on the abdomen.
