Females of Acroaspis dilatata are most similar to A. abhachoprae and A. cunabula due to epigynes with atrium oblong almost as wide as long and scape thin and long, but Acroaspis dilatata is identified by the epigyne scape medially with thickened edges. Males are unknown.
