(after Framenau & Baehr 2018): Males of Artoria myallensis differ from all other Artoria by the deeply indented, three-lobed tegular apophysis. It appears most similar to A. belfordensis, but it does not have the drawn out and pointed bases of the basoembolic apophysis of that species.
