This is a characteristic Cryptachaea. The abdomen of the female is, in lateral view, considerably higher than long. The epigyne is represented by an almost rectangular lip. The male pedipalp is similar to those of Cryptachaea FP-6385 and C. blattea, but differs from the former by the less knobbly cymbium tip and from the latter by the comparatively larger embolus.
