Oxyopes FP-13207 is a small, fairly unicolorous species. The retrolateral cymbial process (paracymbium) is broadly truncated, similar to that of O. rubicundulus, but the latter species is larger and more distinctly coloured in addition to other details of the pedipalp morphology. The female of Oxyopes FP-13207 is currently unknown.
