Male Prodidomus FP-13235 are most similar to those of P. seemani based on the overall shape of the pedipalp; however, there are subtle differences for example in the base of the conducter, which is more kinked in Prodidomus FP-13235.
Prodidomus FP-13235 is currently only known from open habitat in the riparian zone of a salt lake in Westen Australia, whereas P. seemani appears to be a forest species that has been found in south-easstern Queensland.
