Prodidomus FP-13233 is a very small, elongate spider. Males differ from other species of the genus as illustrated by Platnick and Baehr (2006) by the shape of the retrolateral tibial apophysis of the pedipalp, which is blade-like with a pointy tip. All other species have a more complext apophysis consisting of multiple branches or tips.
