The male and female of this Emertonella were found together in a survey in the eastern Pilbara region of Western Australia, where the genus is comparatively rare. The female epigyne resembles that of Emertonella FP-11764, but that is currently only known from southern Australia. The male is difficult to characterise as the pedipalp is partially expanded.
