(after Platnick 2002): Females can easily be recognized by the anteriorly situated epigynal atrium and highly coiled epigynal ducts.
The male is here associate with the female based on the locality where it was found being close to the type locality of the species. It differs somewhat somatically, specifically the abdomen has a complete transverse pale band, whereas the female has lateral patches only.
