Enoplognatha bidens is currently the only species of the genus in Australia.
(after Dupérré 2023): The syntype specimens of Enoplognatha bidens do not present the typical internal genitalia conformation found in the genus, two large spermathecae, and short copulatory ducts. The female has rather small spermathecae and extremely long and coiled copulatory ducts. The species’ placement in the genus Enoplognatha is considered doubtful but the species cannot be placed in any other genus at this time.
