The females in the genus Knotodo are poorly known with most species described based on males only. This female may therefore belong to one of these males, but is here listed as different species pending study of further material. The female is most similar to K. coolgardie as illustrated in Raven et al. (2023) but appears to differ in details of colouration and female genitalia.
