Stephanopis FP-12267 is very similar to Stephanopis FP-6022. Males differ in the broader retrolateral tibial apophysis of the male pedipalp that has a shorter, basally directed tip. The epigyne of females is densely covered by spatulate setae, but the setae of Stephanopis FP-6022 are just broad.
