Diagnosis

Oxyopes FP-268 is a comparatively small spider with a uniformly dark carapace. The retrolateral cymbial process of the male pedipalp is short and appears cut off in retrolateral view. The anterior transvers T-piece is medially domed in ventral view. The venter of the abdomen is distinctly unicolorous yellow in preseved specimen.
