Emertonella FP-326 is one of two species currently only known from Barrow Island, Western Australia. Males of Emertonella FP-326 and Emertonella FP-325 differ distinctly in the apical section of the male pedipalp, with a more elongate conductor in Emertonella FP-325. The epigyne atrium of Emertonella FP-326 is more rounded than the elongate oval atrium of Emertonella FP-325.
