Both male and female Neon FP-303 differ distinctly from the other two species found on Barrow Island, Neon FP-304 and Neon FP-305, by their genital morphology. The male has the smallest retrolatral tibial apophysis and the female has spherical spermathecae and posterior of those elongated kidney-shaped receptacula.
