Cryptoerithus FP-276 is only known from Barrow Island and there most similar to C. occultus. Females can be separated from this species by the much more curved median ridges of the epigyne. The species is as such similar to C. lawlessi as illustrated in Platnick and Baehr (2006), which is onlyknown from Queensland. The male of this species is unknown.
