Delphacidae gen. indet. FP-13834 is the only delphacid on Barrow Island without distinct wing pattern. It is a light brown to yellow species similar to Toya drype, but the frontal carinae are much less distinct.
External illustrations of genitalia (terminalia) cannot be used to identify planthoppers at the species level; male genitalic preparations are generally required. These illustrations here only serve to facilitate to determine the sex for the user.
