Diagnosis

Emertonella FP-12520 differs by its marmorated colour pattern on the abdomen from all other species of the genus on the Fauna Portal. The epigyne of the female is most similar to that of Emertonella FP-12521 but the latter species has a much darker abdomen. The male of Emertonella FP-12520 is currently not known.
