Diagnosis

This species of Pungalina is currently only known from Barrow Island. Here, it differs from the other two species found there, Pungalina FP-7618 and Pungalina FP-11618, somatically and by genitalia. It is much smaller and of lighter colouration than Pungalina FP-11618. The male pedipalp differs by the ventrally bulging tegulum in males and by the large oval atrium in females from Pungalina FP-7618.
