Diagnosis

(after Hirst 1998): Male with iridescence on anterior of carapace, base of chelicerae, maxillae and coxae I; palpal tibial apophysis sickle-shaped; embolus thick at base then tapering to thin straight tip; conductor absent. Female with elongate fossa and widely separated spermathecal sacs.
