Zopheridae
(after Hangay & Zborowski 2010): Colydiine beetles are generally cylindrical, elongate or flattened, and usually dark brown to black in colour. They can range from 2-12mm in length. The body surface can be dull, sculptured or possess strong longitudinal ridges. The head has grooves below the eyes for reception of the antennae. Antennae usually possess a distinctive 2 or 3-segmented club. Tarsal formula is 4-4-4.
