Terrestrial isopods of this type are very small, cryptic and rarely collected. There are numerous morphologically similar, but different species, and all are likely to be highly range-restricted.
Spherillo FP-12313 is the only Spherillo currently on the Fauna Portal. All specimens were collected at the same locality.
