(after Baehr & Jocqué 2000): Males of this species are recognised by the large lobate flange on the palpal cymbium and the rounded internal prong on the retrolateral tip of the dorsal tegular apophysis which is conical in related species. The female is to be identified by the shape of the central membranous area on the epigyne.
