Tibellus FP-14169 differs from Tibellus tenellus as illustrated on the Fauna Portal by the smaller epigyne atria with the lateral borders not connected to the anterior hoods of the epigyne.
Both species may fall within the variation of T. tenellus once the genus has been revised for Australia.
