Pedipalps of male Arangina FP-285 differ from those of the other two species in the genus on the Fauna Portal, Arangina FP-194 and FP-12355, by the embolus being much more distant to the visible spermduct in the pedipalp.
The species has here been tentatively placed in Arangina based on the male pedipalp which is very similar to that of the type species; however, Arangina FP-285 lacks the cheliceral horns.
