Falcophantis westcotti is the only species of the genus found on Barrow Island.
(after Fletcher 1988): Male genitalia with pygofer short with posterior margins straight (posterodorsal comer rounded in F. acuminatus), dorsal process not developed (strongly developed in F. acuminatus).
External illustrations of genitalia (terminalia) cannot be used to identify planthoppers at the species level; male genitalic preparations are generally required. These illustrations here only serve to facilitate to determine the sex for the user.
