This group includes all Chiasmini that cannot be referred to a described genus. Part of the subfamily Deltocephalini.
(after Fletcher 2009): This tribe was regarded for a long time as having only one representative in Australia, the highly variable Chiasmus varicolor. However, there is morphological and molecular evidence supporting that Exitianus and Nephotettix, both of which occur in Australia, belong to the Chiasmini.
