This projects provides diagnostic images for invertebrates that are being collected by Murdoch University’s Miyawaki Forest project. The method involves planting high-density, multi-layered forests comprised of diverse native species. Forests can reach maturity in 10 to 20 years as opposed to 100 to 200 years. Making waves globally, the project involves engaging schools and students in the planting and monitoring of the Miyawaki forests.
