Diagnosis

(after Car 2019): Antichiropus nimbus may easily be separated from other Pilbara species by its distinctive, elaborate second femoral process (fp1) that appears to hug the femorite.

Antichiropus nimbus is currently listed as Priority 1 (P1) species ("poorly-known species - known from few locations, none on conservation lands") in Western Australia.
